Blind dating site
Good luck with everythingthank you for the comments, and no I'm not seeking atention, for those of you who think that.I focus as far as what I like to do, like going to hardcore shows, I get in the pit, and I focus less on how I'm blind in my profile. I have many blind friends-- both single and married, met them through doing graphic design for over 20 years for blind and handicapped organizations, and Ialso raise guide dog puppies for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. You interpersed the points about being blind in between the the other things that you shared and it's like reading a game of dodgeball. I see your interests and I'd think Listing more would help.I'd also like to know what my life would be like dating someone who's blind.
Hopefully you will all have fun meeting singles and try out this online dating thing... I have known some blind persons, and we had no problems, in a couple of instances, we liked each other very much, even; but that was when meeting in person, with it being obvious from the outset. Editing: Whoever helped you post your profile did a great job.
All in all, show her that you are great company with a positive spin on life.
If you still have their attention after they know the situation, then it may be worth the effort to show them around the blind world as you see it. The fact that you are blind, does not excuse you from following the rules here, like the rest of us.
I'm not trying to come down hard on you with that, I'm trying to help you take the more solid course which will lead you where you want to go.
Because: a large part of what DOES put people off from dealing with a handicapped person, is the fear that they WILL have to change their lives, and give that person lots of extra breaks and leeway that they would NOT have to deal with in a non-handicapped person.
